If any Fetch purchase fails to meet your expectations, simply return your merchandise to us in its original and unused/unassembled condition with tags attached within fifteen (15) days of receipt for a full merchandise exchange or store credit, which will be available for a period of one (1) year. We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible, as we will allow only one exchange per item. After one exchange, each additional exchange will incur a re-stocking and shipping and handling fee of $15.00. OUR APOLOGIES, BUT WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. ALL SPECIAL ORDERS OR PERISHABLE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.
HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT
Please send an e-mail stating both a reason for return and the product that you would like the merchandise to be exchanged for to email@example.com to receive a return merchandise authorization number (the “RMA Number”) and shipping instructions. Our apologies, but we cannot accept any return COD.
