If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we gladly accept eligible merchandise in its original, unused condition within 30 days of receipt for store credit.

Return Conditions

• Merchandise must be unused and in its original condition.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Store credit is valid for one year from the date issued.

• Items expressly designated as final sale and perishable products cannot be returned.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds to the original payment method for discretionary returns. If you'd like a different size, color, or product, simply place a new order.

How to Request a Return

Email returns@yourdogwilldigit.com with your order number, the item you'd like to return, and the reason for your return.

We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.

Returns sent without authorization or shipped COD cannot be accepted.
