Processing & Delivery

Many of our products ship directly from our suppliers, and some are made to order especially for your pup. Processing and production times vary by product and may extend the time before your order ships.

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped and do not include production or processing time.

Shipping Rates & Destinations

Available shipping options, charges, and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.

Multiple Shipments

Items ordered together may arrive separately. Because we work with several suppliers, your order may ship in multiple packages and from different locations.

Tracking

You'll receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available. Orders may ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or another carrier selected by the supplier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. For products already in production, cancellations are possible only if we can successfully stop production with the manufacturer.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. Eligible merchandise may be returned in accordance with our Returns & Store Credit Policy.
